Founders:

• Sachin Moudgil (Co-Founder & Chief Executive)
  Geeztek’s day to day operations are managed by Sachin. He has ten years of experience in the Indian Hospitality industry. Prior to Geeztek Sachin was working with Cleartrip Travel Services (Cleartrip.com) one of India’s leading OTAs where he developed their hotel distribution business.

  He spent three years as a part of the founding team at Knowcross that developed TRITON and grew it into one of the leading guest services software products in the luxury hotel industry.

  Sachin began his career with Hyatt International and worked with the group in opening up their two flagship properties in India, Grand Hyatt Delhi and Grand Hyatt Mumbai.

  Sachin and his team provide Geeztek’s customers with the right mix of hotel operations and technology expertise to ensure successful implementation and use of the software they invest in.

  Sachin has a Masters in Business Administration, Diploma in Hotel Management and a Bachelors Degree in Arts and Humanities.

• Nikhil Nath (Chairman)
  Nikhil Nath is the Founder of Geeztek. He also is the Founder and Chief Executive of Knowcross, a software products company specializing in the hotel industry. Knowcross’ products are used by leading hotel chains across the world including Hyatt, Sofitel, Kempinski, Oberoi, Raffles, Swissôtel and many others.

  Prior to Knowcross, Nikhil co-headed the Indian branch of a venture capital firm called Antfactory. Antfactory made five investments in India during the dot com era and sold its portfolio for a handsome profit. Antfactory was one of the first investors in the Indian BPO space.

  Nikhil has spent six years as a strategy consultant with Monitor Company in their offices in London, Paris, New Delhi, and Hong Kong. He was part of the firm’s Asian leadership team and lead client engagements for some of the firm’s major clients in FMCG, Oil and Gas and Telecommunications.

  Nikhil began his career at Goldman Sachs International in London (1993) and Hong Kong (1994). He worked in the Investment Banking Division.

  Nikhil has an MBA from HEC, France and a BA (Economics) from the University of Delhi.
